 2. 寄送样品期间,有可能会出现一些意想不到的状况,比如延期,因为必须提前让客户知道情况。但更重要的是让客户知道解决问题的方法和结果。同时,要向客户传递产品的特点和优点,以利于客户更深入的了解产品。这是客户服务里重要的一点。不断向客户提供有用的信息,有利于客户对产品的进一步认识,为合作做铺垫。
