 客户没有及时回复邮件,需要提醒客户确认文件。只需要转发原邮件,并在邮件中写一个reminder或者friendly reminder,显得更客气一些。另外,在平常的客户联系中也可以这样写,第一次提醒可以写first reminder,第二次写second reminder,超过两次,就需要再写一封邮件探明客户处于什么状态,或者直接打电话联系。在邮件中,如果需要强调客户确认的内容,可以再陈述一次。提醒的单词用不同的颜色标出,说明这是要提醒客户要重视的。
