外贸英语往来信件，包括传真，电邮，信函等，是当今国际贸易交流中的主要载体，其主要目的就是为了传递商务信息。因此合格的英语往来信件必须是以简洁的语言、明晰的结构来表述完整的内容，同时，最好还要可以体现出成熟的业务思维。
