避免外贸纠纷，你必须要做什么？

　外贸双方在贸易过程中所发生的争议，常常是由外贸合同中的品质条款规定不太明确所致。我们不妨通过一个案例，来了解有关法律知识。本文所说的贸易主要是对外贸易，即一方当事人为中国的公司，另一方当事人为国外的公司之间的贸易活动。 　此时，乙公司才作出反应，讲述不付款的理由是由于甲公司所提供的货物品质不符合要求，现在乙公司的下家提供了该批货物品质存在严重质量问题，并要求乙公司承担赔偿责任等等。同时，乙公司表示，如果乙公司的下家通过法律手段要求乙公司承担赔偿责任，那么，该部分的赔款由甲公司来承担等等。
