想达成交易,与客户的有效沟通至关重要,销售的过程就是沟通的过程,一切信息的来源均来自于双方的沟通,良好的语言沟通可以让对方充分地信任你,以及对你所述产品的全面了解,从而有效地达到交易。
今天跟大家分享一些在销售中经常用到的句型。让客户打开话匣子,避免尬聊; 让客户感受到被重视,成为回头客。
客户很忙,长话短说大家都很忙,因此跟客户进行简短的介绍,可以使用以下两个句型:
I’m sure you’re quite busy at the moment, so I’ll be very brief.我知道您现在很忙,所以我会用很简短的话说明。(长话短说)
I won’t take very much of your time.我不会占用您太多时间。
向客户提问题,参与谈话一旦引起客户的注意,最好让他们参与到谈话中。可以向他们提问,分享以下2种提问方式:
Would you be interested in…?您对…感兴趣吗?
With your permission, I’d like to ask you some questions.经您允许,我想问您一些问题。
强调重点简明扼要,尊重客户和客户给出的宝贵时间,可以使用以下句型:
The two most important points are…最重要的两点是……
The best feature of the product is…产品的最佳功能是…
When I first started using this当我第一次开始使用它时...
The price of this product is unbeatable.该产品的价格是无与伦比的。
让客户享感受到被重视了客户都是“宠”出来的,尽最大努力满足他们的需求,让他们感受到被重视。可以使用以下句型:
Let me take care of that for you.让我为您解决这个问题。
I’d be happy to solve this for you.我很乐意为您解决这个问题。
I appreciate your business. =Thank you for choosing our company; =we are grateful that you chose our firm.感谢您的光顾(选择我们)。
I know you’ve been a customer for a long time and your loyalty is important to us.我知道您已经有很长时间了,您的忠诚度对我们很重要。

换个方式说即使是客户同事的名字,也要尽可能记住:"I spoke with someone from your marketing department on Friday."

可以换成
"I spoke with Jane from marketing on Friday."

不要把客户引向无话可说 "That isn't something we can do."
“那不是我们能做的。”
可以换成
"This isn't within the scope of our current contract, but if it's something you'd like to consider as a future project, we’d be happy to discuss."

不要用质疑的语气 "Are you sure that's what you want?"
