1. 老外不习惯算数。如果要表达金额的时候,最好一次性告诉客户总金额是多少。比如一台机器,说少一种功能,少多少钱,老外不习惯这样的方式。而是要清楚地告诉客户,他购买的产品有什么功能,是什么价格。
2. 文中,客户提出降低利息,由于谈判已进行一段时间,为了和客户尽快展开合作,最后答应客户提出降低利息的要求,双方最终确认付款方式是L/C60天,客户同意并支付USD1500的利息。
