前两期，懂先生跟大家聊到了圈内广泛采纳的三种贸易条款：FOB，CFR和CIF。嘿嘿，考考你们: 在CIF条款下，货物在启运港装船前的运费，是该哪一方来承担呢？

嗯嗯， 温故而知新，今天让我们接着来了解下一个贸易术语：EXW。

EXW (short for Ex-Works), is an incoterm where the buyer is responsible for logistic charges and is liable for cargo once it leaves the factory or warehouse of the seller.

EXW，被称为工厂交货，指买方承担自卖方工厂或仓库将货物运至预期目的地的全部费用和风险。

（小拓：也就是说一旦货物从工厂或仓库装箱或上车后，成本和风险就从卖方转移给了买方了吗？）

是滴，Once the cargo is loaded into the empty container or truck, the cost and risk is transferred to the buyer.



我们再来明确一下双方需要承担的责任吧，我们先从卖方说起。

In the EXW, the seller is only responsible for loading the cargo into the empty container or empty truck arranged by the buyer.

卖方的责任很简单，只需负责将货物装入买方指定的空箱或空车中。

（小拓：是滴，卖方主要负责装货，那买方呢？）

The buyer is responsible for all costs and arranging the whole logistics arrangement on the loading port and discharge port up to their warehouse. Also，the buyer is responsible for paying all the terminal handling charges and other local charges(bill of lading fee, EDI fee, VGM fee and etc.).

当卖方将货物装载上集装箱或卡车后，买方将承担全程的货运费用并安排物流。并且买方也将负责支付所有码头手续费和其他当地费用。

当然，如果买方感到头痛，也可以找一个好帮手——专业的货运代理来负责物流运输工作。这样买家就只用静候货物的到来啦。

想要坐等收货，买方需要做的有

1. Booking freight：provide information like seller’s address，cargo’s weight and volume.

预订货运代理服务：提供卖家地址、货物重量、体积等信息。

2. Requesting to book the space on their preferred ETD relate to the cargo readiness.

要求货运代理在交货日期内预定足够舱位给货物。

3. The cost and arrangement of export customs declaration at the loading port.

负责启运港出口报关费用及安排。



对于货运代理来说，货物启运前需要完成的工作有：

1.Sending the sailing schedule and cost to the buyer.

发送航程表和费用给买方。

2.Contacting the seller to arrange for sending the empty container or truck.

联系卖家将货备好等待装箱装车。

3.Sending the laden container into the port before the closing date.

在截关之前将集装箱送至港口。

（小拓：看起来，在EXW条款下，买家和卖家都不用操心了呢，交给货运代理就行啦！）
